Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid losing your payment. 🛑You will only be allowed to reschedule or cancel consecutively (back to back) 2 times. Your 2nd CONSECUTIVE reschedule will be canceled, and you must request an after hours appointment. This prevents the book from being held up excessively. Please be patient. Square refunds take a few days to show up. We hope you reschedule soon! Thank you.
